Refund Policy

All subscription fees and service charges paid to Indra Kamal Tiwari (SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Registration No. INH000027414) are strictly non-refundable once the payment has been processed and access to the service has been granted.

This applies to all plans and packages offered on indrakamal.com, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual subscriptions.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in this policy.

The services offered on indrakamal.com are in the nature of research recommendations and advisory content based on technical analysis. Once a subscription is activated, the subscriber immediately gains access to research reports, recommendations, and other digital content.

Since the value of such content is delivered at the point of access and cannot be "returned," refunds are not applicable.

The performance of research recommendations is subject to market risks and is not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with market outcomes or the performance of recommendations does not constitute a valid ground for a refund.

In the event of a duplicate payment (i.e., the same subscription charged twice for the same period), the subscriber may raise a request for reversal of the duplicate amount within 7 days of the transaction date.

To raise such a request, please contact us at ra@indrakamal.com with proof of the duplicate transaction (bank/payment gateway statement).

Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–14 business days.

If indrakamal.com is unable to deliver the subscribed service entirely due to reasons within our control (e.g., permanent discontinuation of a specific service plan), a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription period may be considered at our sole discretion.

Temporary service interruptions, maintenance windows, or external factors (market holidays, SEBI directives, force majeure events) do not qualify for a refund or extension.

A subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only prevent future renewals — it does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of any fees already paid for the current or past subscription periods.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment gateway without first contacting us is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for subscribers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
