B. Services Provided to Investors

Stock Buy / Sell Recommendations

Research-based equity recommendations including entry price, target price, stop-loss, and rationale based on technical analysis of listed Indian securities on NSE and BSE. Each recommendation discloses all material information required under SEBI RA Regulations.

C. Rights of Investors

  • Right to receive unbiased and independent research recommendations.
  • Right to receive full disclosure of any conflict of interest related to research recommendations.
  • Right to access the Research Analyst's SEBI registration certificate and details.
  • Right to receive a clear and complete research report with rationale for every recommendation.
  • Right to receive disclosure of fees and charges before availing any service.
  • Right to file complaints with SEBI SCORES portal and use the ODR mechanism.
  • Right to receive a response to grievances within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Right to be treated fairly, without discrimination or misrepresentation.

D. Obligations of the Research Analyst

  • Maintain SEBI registration and comply with all applicable regulations at all times.
  • Provide research recommendations based on diligent analysis and disclose all material conflicts of interest.
  • Not provide any assured or guaranteed returns to investors.
  • Disclose SEBI registration number on all research reports and communications.
  • Maintain records of all research reports and recommendations as required by SEBI.
  • Not indulge in front-running or any other activity that constitutes market manipulation.
  • Charge only transparent and pre-disclosed fees from clients.
  • Ensure research reports contain adequate risk disclosures.

E. Dos and Don'ts for Investors

  • Always verify the SEBI registration of your Research Analyst at sebi.gov.in.
  • Read the full research report, including risk disclosures, before acting.
  • Invest based on your own risk appetite and financial goals.
  • Set your own stop-loss and follow disciplined risk management.
  • Maintain records of all research reports and transactions.
  • Report any grievance promptly through SCORES or ODR.

❌ Don'ts

  • Do not invest based on tips or recommendations from unregistered analysts.
  • Do not trust promises of assured or guaranteed returns — SEBI prohibits this.
  • Do not make investment decisions based solely on any single recommendation.
  • Do not share personal financial information with unauthorized persons.
  • Do not pay fees in cash — always use banking channels and get a receipt.
  • Do not ignore risk disclosures mentioned in research reports.

F. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
